It was in a so excellent and nice location next to the newly covered shopping malls and hotels, bodmi, and town centre. We had the triple room which was good sized and huge with a view and balcony.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was fantastic. It was a bit of a walk from the train station, but the hotel provided a free bus ticket for exploring Grindelwald. And when we arrived and departed, they even offered a free shuttle car service. The mountain view from our room was breathtaking, especially since we had booked a room with a mountain view. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and had a nice balcony where we could relax and soak in the stunning surroundings. The staff were welcoming and the basic amenities in the room were excellent, including a hot pot, refrigerator, and balcony.
Everything was great, nothing to complain about!

Friendly Staff and Good Location We had a nice weekend stay at this hotel. the staff was very friendly and willing to help us with any questions we had. We enjoyed two complementary facts offered and it was a great advantage. the location was perfect since it was close to several attractions and restaurants. the view was amazing and we couldn't get enough of it.
Disappointing Rooms and Amenities we were quite disappointed with the rooms. They desperately need renovation with old carpets and furniture.

The view from my balcony was breathtaking, and the room was unbelievably clean and cozy. The hotel facilities were amazing, including the multiple pools to use and even a microwave in the room. Transportation was convenient with the hotel being close to the train station. The staff was friendly and willing to help with any needs that arose.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
